ART MITCHELL MEMORIAL ENDURO April 6, 2008

Green Tops Judson at the Art Mitchell Memorial Kawasaki mounted Travis Green stopped Rodney Judson from duplicating his Athens results by edging out KTM mounted Judson by just 1 minute over the 122 mile course.  Green seems may have had an edge drawing row 12 and rode impressively, while Judson fought through the ruts on row 40 all day and turned in a stellar performance for 2nd place overall. Tyler Jarvis edged out all other B riders to claim Overall B for the event.      The day started out with 4 miles of single track which is normally great riding but turned into a 4 mile slot car track with only one slot due to turbulent weather leading up to the weekend.  The remainder of the day seemed to follow suit with the exception of a new section reserved for A riders only which held up better due to less traffic.   The first half of the day claimed all the points as a perfect zero after gas awaited many A riders with very few points claimed for B riders.    The 2nd round of A.C.E.S.  seems to have been a success drawing nearly 150 riders from all over the state and many from surrounding states.   We at Chillicothe Enduro Riders wish to Thank everyone who came out and hope to see everyone next year.
