About Us
Chillicothe Enduro Riders Association was established in the late 60's by off-road motorcycle enthusiasts with a passion for the outdoors and motorcycling competition. We are a fun-loving group of off-roaders interested in new members of any riding skill level.
CERA now holds three competitive events each year. They are the Art Mitchell Memorial Enduro, another enduro with a unique name each year and the Camp Cattail Harescramble.
CERA continues to acknowledge its responsibilities both inside and outside the off-road community. We are passionate about preserving our land-use rights, and work closely with the local land owners. The Chillicothe Enduro Motorcycle Riders have been in existence since 1968. We have been very fortunate to have what we consider the best riding area in the country, in our own backyard. We are widely known to put on some of the best events in this part of the country. Without help from local Landowners and understanding residents of Vinton and Hocking county we would not be able to succeed in our efforts. Since 1990 we have made a conscious effort to give back to the community we value so much. Since that time we have donated over $60,000.00 to various Churches, The Vinton County Fair and numerous Charities. As a result of these efforts, we are able to promote events that are challenging yet safe, responsible yet fun.
